Comfortable & resilient - developed by us in detail
To ensure that your customers feel completely comfortable, quality of terry linen has simply top priority. For this purpose, we have also developed own fabrics which make our products particularly durable, easy to care for and sustainable.
We start from bottom up and weave base fabric iin warp and weft with high-quality ring spun yarns, in extreme density. Almost not visible, this is a decisive factor in many categories: our products withstand tensile forces of over 300 N/mm2. They retain their shape, rub off less at the edges. On top of it, egdes are stitched with an automatic double chain stitch, with at least 3.5 stitches per centimeter. Consequently, fabric is best suited for tumble dryers. Being pure cotton yarn, upgraded with hydrophilic and Airco-Hot-Air treatment our towels absorb water quickly and intensely.
Result is an outstanding service life and life cycle balance: Whereas a standard towel needs to be replaced already after approximately 80-90 washes, towels from Floringo are still sympathetic even after 120 washes, do not look worn or washed out.
